Cranberry White Chocolate Biscotti (150g / 300g)

Biscotti are Italian twice-baked cookies.  We make this biscotti with dried cranberries, almond slices and white chocolate. This combination of flavours is very popular and loved by almost everyone.  It's one of our best seller. 

As mentioned, these cookies are being baked two times.  We put the prepared logs of biscotti dough in the oven for the first baking. Then leave the biscotti loaves to cool.  Afterwards, they are being sliced and put into the oven again.  The second baking is being done in low temperature for about an hour, this procedure is for removing almost all the moisture in the cookies without browning them.  This long baking process give these cookies a special crunchiness.  They go very well with hot coffee or tea and they make great snacks too! 

We are using organic flour, organic cane sugar, organic cranberries for this biscotti to bring the best flavour and best quality.
