Matcha Pistachio Biscotti (150g/300g)

This is a double baked cookie with the second bake at a low temperature for about an hour to take away most of the moisture in the cookies.  Due to this baking process, the  biscotti has a harder crunch which pair perfectly well with your cup of tea or coffee. 

Ingredients: Organic Flour, Organic Eggs, Organic Cane Sugar, Pistachios, Organic Matcha Powder, White Chocolate, salt. 

Two sizes available:

150g (7 - 8 pieces)

300g (14 -16 pieces)
