This is one of our signature products. We received many good reviews for this tart on it's flavour, texture and the colour.

Matcha tart shell baked with matcha-flavored almond paste and fresh raspberries. Filled with a layer of white chocolate-raspberry rice crispy. Topped with smooth and delicious matcha Italian buttercream, sprinkled freeze dried raspberry power as the final touch. A must try!

We chose to use culinary grade matcha powder and freeze dried raspberry to bring the best flavour and colour to this beautiful tart.
