Salted Egg Yolk Shortbread (150g)

This shortbread cookie is created by using one of our hometown special ingredients, salted duck eggs. We are using only the egg yolks, because the saltiness is much less, and the intense taste of the yolk gives the umami flavour, which make this shortbread very unique and unforgettable. The texture of this shortbread is soft, buttery and smooth.  Hope you will enjoy them as  much as we do.
