Sticky Toffee Loaf

Also known as  Sticky Toffee Pudding, this is a renowned dessert composing of a dense sponge cake baked with chopped dates and molasses, soaked in toffee sauce when served.

We are making this famous pudding into cake loafs which are baked with dates puree.  This cake is moist and gooey with a lovely flavour of dates and molasses.  House made salted toffee sauce comes in a separate container.  When served, simply warm up the sauce, pour it over the cake and enjoy.  Or, you could choose to bring things to another level by warming the cake, adding a big scoop vanilla ice cream, pouring hot toffee sauce over the dish. and serving it immediately!  It's heaven!
