Vegan Earl Grey and Nuts Biscotti (150g / 300g)

Biscotti are Italian twice-baked cookies. We make this plant based biscotti with earl grey tea leaves, brazil nuts and hazelnuts. 

These cookies are being baked two times.  We put rolls of biscotti dough into the oven for their first baking. When the biscotti loaves become warm, we slice them into desired thickness and are being put to bake again.  The second bake is being done in low temperature for about an hour or until the biscotti slices become dry and crunchy.

We are using organic flour, organic cane sugar, organic virgin coconut oil, organic flax seeds for this plant based biscotti.
